Abstract:

The study consists of an introductory survey aimed at identifying major trends regarding students’ needs and their expectations from participating in HELIOS integration courses. It was of an exploratory character, since the issue at hand was not to reach generalizations about the broader population of beneficiaries of international protection in Greece, but to explore this specific target group of HELIOS students. The questionnaire was delivered during the first two weeks of each new class.
