The data of the table were retrieved from the "Study for the Corfu Olive grove", implemented by the Project Team of the Ionian University (Kontini Angeliki Ioanna, Kostagiolas Petros, Boskou Giorgos, Rouva Alexandra, Rouvas Giorgos), within the framework of the Cross Border program "Adr Program 2007-2012, The Adriatic olive-grove: Risk reduction, sustainability, learning "(Corfu, 2012). More specifically, the data for the table entitled "Evolution of olive oil production in Greece" can be found on page 34 of the study and the producer is the International Olive Council- I.O.C. The data for the table entitled "Evolution of organic olive cultivation in Greece" are on page 13 of the study and the producer is the Organization for Certification and Supervision of Agricultural Products-OPEGEP. The data for the table entitled "Average price of olive oil producer in Greece" can be found on page 31 of the study and the producer is PASEGES.
