Abstract:

The book is based on a reprocessing of findings from five studies and aims to establish a framework for the study and interpretation of spatial development which is articulated around the multiple forms of the world of work and the places where it takes place, to which it contributes at the same time. The organization of space is not a passive body of social change in this approach, but actively participates in them through the dynamics of daily life that are articulated around work in its various forms and versions.
