The research began in 2009, focusing primarily on the Agia Sofia playground of Agria Volos and the experiences of the children who were hosted there during the civil war.It then expanded to other pedagogical cities and postwar times. The purpose of the research was to record the reasons and ways of introducing children to the playground, their education, the relationships they developed between children and staff, as well as the lived experience of everyday life.2009-12-012013-12-01AustraliaIndividualMedia unit: SoundMedia unit: VideoChildren in the care of childtowns, 1948-1980Cross-section ad-hoc follow-upNon-probability: AvailabilityFace-to-face interviewSemi-structured questionnaireNumber of interviews: 180
