Abstract:

This data project is a replication of an analysis of the article entitled: "Data reusability for migration research: a use case from SoDaNet Data Repository". Data derived from the "Social Protection responses to Forced Displacement" survey are utilised in relation to the awareness of the vulnerable groups who participated in the survey about the existence and use of social protection programmes. More specifically, the following research questions are explored in this analysis:

RQ1. Does the awareness of social protection programmes correlate with the quality of life?

RQ2. Does the degree of awareness differ across different types of migration?

Notes:

In order to replicate the analysis, please find in the data project resources the RData file with the appropriate variables and the R Syntax code/algorithm applied to the data file.
