Τα δεδομένα προέρχονται από την ερώτηση: 1. "Θέλω να μου πείτε πόση συμπάθεια αισθάνεσθε, ξεκινώντας από το 1, που σημαίνει ότι δεν αισθάνεσθε "καμία συμπάθεια" και φτάνοντας στο 10, που σημαίνει ότι αισθάνεσθε "μεγάλη συμπάθεια" για…τις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες" από τις έρευνες Πολιτικών Προτύπων και Πολιτικής Συμπεριφοράς του ΕΚΚΕ για τα έτη μεταξύ 1985 και 2004 καθώς και την ερώτηση: 2. "Please tell me if you have a very favorable, somewhat favorable, somewhat unfavorable or very unfavorable opinion of the United States" από τις έρευνες του Global Attitudes Project του Pew Research Center για τα έτη μεταξύ 2012 και 2019 και αποδίδονται σε ποσοστά (%).
